Amazing food and great flavors in their dishes. We couldn't stop eating cause the food taste so delicious. Great place to take family or hangout with friends.

Great food and excellent service! My only gripe is that they don't have a roll of paper towels on the table which really, every BBQ place should have. Just ask for extra napkins right away though- you'll need them! Overall, good place to eat.

The food is good. If it's just a party of one to two people the wait usually isn't too bad but if you have a larger party the wait can sometimes be rather long.

Called in an order for take-out for me and my crew. As an out-of-towner, you never know what you’re going to get. Friendly and patient taking my order explaining the different side options. Food was ready quickly and was correct. Burnt end sandwiches were great and priced very fairly, and big portions. Looking forward to another job in town just to have that sandwich again!

Fast seating. Waiter was very welcoming and friendly. He kept my drinks filled which is a huge bonus. Had the slider trio with sides of cheesy potatoes and baked beans. The brisket was melt in your mouth. Pulled pork was flavorful and tender. Chicken was a little dry. The beans!!! Oh the baked beans. Best I have EVER HAD. Cheesy potatoes are supposed to be one of the favorites. They weren’t my favorite. Very cheesy, good but... idk I think I have had better. House BBQ sauce was delicious. The Rattler sauce was great on the pork. Also tried the spicy which was good. Will definitely be coming here again! Highly recommend!

Smoking G's is amazing. We have been there a few times and even my picky kids like what they have to offer. I will disagree with those who dislike this establishment and call them Philistines who hate all things good!

The bbq ribs are excellent, best I've had in Iowa. The appetizers are great, can't get enough of the pig candy. The smoked chicken wings are awesome. You can't go wrong eating here

First time ever visiting the restaurant. I was looking for something for only myself and the staff was really helpful suggesting items. I ended up choosing the sliders trio. The meat was incredible and I loved their barbecue sauce. There was more than enough food and I infact have left overs for work tomorrow. I also took my order to go and I was surprised on how well the food was packaged up. I will definitely be coming back again!

Staff was great, the food was great as well. The menu has a lot of options for people who don't want BBQ. Had the BBQ and a steak. The BBQ was well done and large portions. The steak was ordered medium rare, I would say it was cooked medium but it was still a good steak.

Great food that has not been commercialized. Still can taste the hard work and live in their smoked meats. Local favorite that will be a staple for years! Great food, good atmosphere and friendly staff!

Went here for a work Christmas party. Arrived about 10 minutes late, but the server got my drink order and my food order right away. Very friendly service, great food & good sized portions.

Great food for good prices. Atmosphere and design is great. Staff is amazing. Beware of the scorpion burger. The name says it all; it’s amazon if you can take the heat.

Had the smoked ribs & chicken with bourbon sauce & cheesy tators, onion rings& 7 layer sinful chocolate mousse cake. All were EXCELLENT!!!
